Welcome to StackCuts Pro! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including Express Pages, booking setup, and subscription plans. By using StackCuts Pro, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

StackCuts Pro provides custom-built booking pages and dashboard solutions for barbers.

You may sign up for an Express Page (a lightweight client-facing profile)

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact and booking info

Use your page for legitimate business purposes

Maintain responsibility for any public data you submit (e.g., phone/email)

3. Payment & Billing

Subscription services are billed monthly and renew automatically

Express Pages are billed monthly and renew automatically

You may cancel anytime; cancellations apply to the next billing cycle

Payments are processed via Stripe at the start of each billing cycle

All sales are final. StackCuts Pro does not offer refunds for any service, including Express Pages, subscription plans, or onboarding services

4. Delivery

Express Pages are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after submission of the onboarding form.

5. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with notice. We may suspend access if you misuse the platform or violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from missed appointments, client disputes, or payment issues between barbers and their clients. Use of third-party links (e.g., Calendly, PayPal, Cash App) is at your own discretion.
